The website provides free access to:

1. information content;
2. a contact form;
3. cookie preference settings.

There are currently no user accounts or newsletter.

3. Technical requirements

An internet-connected device, a current browser supporting HTTPS/HTML5/JavaScript and the ability to use Cloudflare Turnstile.

4. Rules

Unlawful content, malicious code, infringement of third-party rights, bypassing safeguards and disruption of the site are prohibited.

5. Start and end

A free electronic-service agreement begins when the relevant function is used and ends when use stops. Cookie settings can be changed through the footer.

6. Contact form

Required: name, phone/messenger, email, message. The form is for business contact and does not subscribe users to marketing.

7. Complaints

Complaints about electronic functions: info@tkach-roman.com. They are handled without undue delay, generally within 14 days.

The current version is published on the website.
